This is a reminder that your business unit will be charged a fee if you do not fully attend all webinars, classroom or online training you are booked for.

These fees apply to free and paid sessions.

Examples of being liable for a fee include, but not limited to:

• Not showing up or logging in for a session
• Disappearing for parts of a session
• Leaving early from a session
• Not responding to your trainer or peers during online training sessions (e.g. having your camera or mic off or not engaging)

If things come up last minute, such as sudden work priorities or technical issues, notify the facilitator or EPA Learning and Capability team as soon as possible. We may be able to reschedule you or replace you with another person keen to participate.

If you need to cancel yourself from a session, please contact us as soon as possible at learning@epa.nsw.gov.au .
